Our Story

Prime Path Homes was established in 2024, driven by an ambition to build a property business focused on providing decent homes in excellent locations.

With each project, we have refined our process, developed trusted relationships, and strengthened the professional team around us.

We are now scaling the business, taking on larger and more complex projects, while maintaining the same focus: improving existing homes and creating long-term assets in strong locations.

Maggie & Neil

Maggie McCluskey

Maggie leads the business day to day, and is responsible for sourcing opportunities, project delivery and overall strategy. She has a background in property and finance, with degrees from Cambridge (Land Economy) and the London School of Economics (Real Estate Finance), and is a former Chartered Surveyor.

Her approach is detail-focused and hands-on, with an emphasis on understanding each property properly and delivering well-considered refurbishments to budget.

Neil Chandler

Neil brings over 20 years’ experience in data, analytics and business strategy, having worked across a range of sectors including financial services, retail and government.

At Prime Path Homes, Neil focuses on the marketing and creative sides of the business, also supporting with IT and providing valuable second thoughts and insights.

A local family business

We live locally in Exeter and run the business together, inviting our adult children to contribute where they can.  Outside of work, you will  find us enjoying all that Exeter and the South West has to offer. We value time outdoors, along with music and sport. You might even catch Neil DJing in Exeter.
